At GoRPM, we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all users, particularly children. Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) reflect our zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, endangers, or harms minors. Below are our externally published standards to prevent and address CSAE:
-
● Prohibited Content and Behavior
- ● Any material depicting or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation, including images, videos, text, or other media, is strictly prohibited.
- ● Users are forbidden from engaging in activities that groom, solicit, or exploit minors in any way.
- ● Content or actions that sexualize minors or depict them in inappropriate contexts are not allowed.
-
● User Reporting and Monitoring
- ● We provide accessible tools for users to report suspected CSAE content or behavior directly within the app.
- ● Our team employs proactive monitoring and advanced detection technologies to identify and remove CSAE-related content swiftly.
- ● All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions, including content removal and user bans, are enforced.
-
● Collaboration with Authorities
- ● We cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities to report and investigate CSAE incidents in compliance with applicable laws.
- ● Any identified CSAE material is reported to the appropriate organizations, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
-
● User Safety Measures
- ● Age-appropriate access controls and parental oversight features are implemented to protect younger users.
- ● We regularly update our safety protocols and educate users about online safety to prevent exploitation.
-
● Accountability and Enforcement
- ● Violations of our CSAE standards result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- ● We maintain a transparent process for handling violations, ensuring fairness while prioritizing user safety.
-
● Continuous Improvement
- ● We regularly review and update our policies, technologies, and training to stay ahead of emerging CSAE risks.
